My journey is a tapestry woven with threads of yoga, Jewish spirituality, and artistic expression. As a certified RYT500 yoga and meditation teacher, artist, and Ecstatic Dance DJ, I am passionate about fostering holistic well-being and creating spaces where movement and connection intertwine.

Growing up just outside of Chicago, I started telling stories as early I can remember. After graduating with a B.A. in Media and Cinema Studies from the University of Illinois , I flew to Hawaii where I served as a Teach For America Corps Member teaching High School English at a predominantly Native Hawaiian School.

From there, my journey took me to Los Angeles where I attended the prestigious MFA Film Production Program at the University of Southern California. While attending school, I received an invitation to help open a multi-disciplinary arts space in Downtown Los Angeles and shifted my trajectory to focus on creating immersive theater and spoken word poetry performances for the new venue.

This newfound passion for the performing arts brought me to New York where I took a job Off-Broadway at New York Theater Workshop (Rent, Hadestown) and had the opportunity to support visionaries including Heidi Schreck, Jeremy O. Harris, and Rachel Chavkin.

At the same time, I began hosting experimental spiritual gatherings in my apartment. In 2017, I was accepted to be a Moishe House Resident and received funding to build grassroots Jewish community on an ongoing basis. I dove into the rich realms of Jewish mysticism, yogic philosophy, and contemplative practices which took me across the globe—from Israel to Guatemala, Colombia to India, and beyond. Each journey deepened my commitment to weaving the tapestry of spirituality into the fabric of everyday life.

Wanting to combine my love of art, spirituality, and dance, I founded the Sabbath Dance, a thriving Jewish ecstatic dance community that serves as a haven for those seeking connection to Jewish spirituality through movement.

Through the rhythms of art, spirituality, and dance, I invite you to join me on this vibrant journey celebrating the intertwining of mind, body, and spirit.
